OWNER’S REPRESENTATIVE
An Owner’s Representative best fits clients who do not plan to take on a very active role in the development. As an Owner’s Representative, Haven will take on a holistic responsibility of making a development a reality, taking on the lead role in assembling and directing the project team while ensuring that all services are completed in a timely manner.
DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT
A Development Consultant best fits clients who plan to be actively involved in the development but would like the benefit of professional, objective advice on an as needed basis. As a Development Consultant, Haven can provide as many or as few services as needed to help the project become successful.
REAL ESTATE BROKERAGE
Haven’s staff are able to provide real estate brokerage services as either a selling or buying agent on behalf of our clients for residential or commercial properties.

ANALYSIS
Haven can provide feasibility analysis as a standalone service for clients who have a project concept but are uncertain regarding viability. Haven will explore variables such as site suitability, entitlements, market factors, financial feasibility, and community support.
